Office Building

 The tallest steel building Sri Lanka at the time of construction in 2006, and the automated car parking system featured in this building was the first of its kind. The ground conditions were very poor with sub soil consisting organic clay due to close proximity to Beira lake, hence a rigid raft stiffened by ground beams was chosen as the sub-stricture.
