Marriot Resort and Spas

This resort comprises of 200 rooms on 11 storeys,making it the tallest resort hotel in the country. The 15 storeyed building is built on a raft foundation on a land plot with a beach frontage of 115m and a frontage of 100m to the Galle road. Distinct attention was given to account for the differential settlements during the construction.
