Ceylex Enclave Mixed Development

25 Storied building with super luxury office spaces and apartments with 5 levels of underground basements. Basement excavation was supported by 600mm thick diaphragm wall reaching 25m below ground level. This slender tower houses a 3D PV-panel Façade cantilevered by 2.5m.

A wind tunnel test was performed due to the complex façade and the slender nature of the building. Super structure construction is completed and MEP and finish ing works are currently underway.
