The development features 62-storey main tower housing 753 residential units, a 10-storey studio apartment block for compact city living, and a 10-storey parking podium. Structurally, the 62-storey main tower is supported on a pile foundation with a single basement floor on a raft foundation, while the residential floors utilize a shear wall system. A transfer floor is located at the 10th storey, hosting landscaped garden spaces that connect the main high-rise to the studio tower. The roof terrace level accommodates the swimming pool and sky gym, while the wider development includes a private flexi-cinema, games lounges, and gardens.
