This site, located in the heart of Colombo, comprises of ten parking floors including a basement and forty one Apartment floors.

Built on bored piles with a micro-pile retaining wall for basement. A wind tunnel test was conducted at RWDI India to assess the wind forces in performing the structural analysis of the
building.
