A residential complex comprising of a 20 storey apartment tower and 6 storey covered parking structure which include a community hall, supermarket and gymnasium. The apartment tower consists of 314 units in 2 and 3-bedroom configurations, arranged around 2 elevator cores and 3 large light wells which improve ventilation and natural light infiltration.

The structure is formed using reinforced concrete flat slabs and concrete walls. Minimal use of down-stand beams enables rapid construction and hassle-free MEP arrangements while reducing the time required for plastering. Structural analysis was carried out for wind and earthquake loading, with the actual pile lengths considered to ensure a safe and robust design.
